Groundwork Kent & Medway helps people and organisations make changes in order to create better neighbourhoods, to build skills and job prospects, and to live and work in a greener way.
We operate across Kent and Medway - and work on over a hundred individual projects each year. We focus our activity on disadvantaged communities where we can make most difference.
We have been working in Kent for over 20 years to help rectify the environmental problems recognised by its communities, local authorities and businesses.
Groundwork’s philosophy and strength lies in a partnership approach – making a difference to the lives and aspirations of the people in the communities we serve. We are committed to enabling local people to improve their own quality of life and give them back the responsibility for regeneration of their own local environment.
